All orders over $50 will receive FREE priority mail shipping with insurance. If your order is under $50.00 we charge $4.60 for priority mail shipping and $1.65 for insurance. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Please allow 4 to 10 workdays from the time of order for your item or items to be shipped. For large orders or if more time is needed to finish an order you will be contacted with and estimated time.

Holiday season may cause orders to take longer to ship. Please shop early for your holiday orders to be sure that they will be shipped on time. For and Extra Charge Links and Loops will also wrap and ship your holiday orders directly to the person item is being purchased for. Contact us for prices and shipping of gift wrapped items. All orders will be shipped through United States Parcel Service "USPS". Each item will carefully be wrapped in tissue and then all items will be placed in a bag then into Priority Mail cardboard box provided by the USPS. The box will then be filled with extra tissue to insure that your jewelry will not rattle inside. All orders are shipped priority mail and insurance will be included. You will receive an e-mail letting you know when your items have shipped. Links and Loops will only ship within the continental United States. If you reside outside the continental United States please contact us so that we can discuss the possibility of conducting business. No order will ship out until payment is received in full.

Return policy

Links and Loops want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase you can exchange or return it for credit towards your next purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days from the time of purchase and be in its original condition. Please contact Links and Loops prior to returning any items for a return authorization number and the reason for return.

Custom Orders

A 50% non refundable deposit is required on all pre-ordered and custom orders with the remaining balance paid at the time of shipping. Links and Loops will not accept returns or exchanges on custom made items.

Repairs

Links and Loops will repair any piece purchased from this site free of charge if there is a defect in workmanship. Links and Loops understand that sometimes during normal wear and tear things happen. But there will be a $10 charge and cost of supplies used to repair damage done not through normal wear.
